Booking conditions for accommodation

  • To book accommodation, A deposit will be requested whose amount is indicated in the reservation request. It will be done by bank transfer or Bizum, to the account number or phone number indicated in the reservation confirmation email.
  • The tax on stays in tourist establishments (1€ per person per night), It is not included in the price of accommodation.
  • Upon entering the accommodation, the remaining outstanding rent plus the tourist tax must be paid. A credit card number will also be requested as a guarantee against possible damage to the home.
  • In the event of any damage or if the house is not in correct cleaning conditions, the amount corresponding to the repair of damages and / or a cleaning fee will be charged, on that credit card.
  • The entry time will be from 3pm and the departure time before 11am.
  • The customer is responsible for personal property items and deposit in the accommodation during your stay.
  • In the event that the capacity is exceeded contracted occupancy, the holder of the tourist accommodation may refuse additional places, or in any case, collect the corresponding amount, may be grounds for termination of the contract.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
